STRATEGIES :
To achieve the above objective, we will strengthen the existing
structures in our target areas. We will make sure that women play
a major role in development sector. Hence the following strategies
may be adopted.
Capacity building of SHGs.
Linkages of SHGs with financial institutions.
Federation of SHGs for more bargaining power.
Advocacy for awareness to rights and entitlements in health,
education and PDS.
Capacity building for elected women among Panchayat members &
others.
Linkages with other Government Organisation and NGOs working in
that area.
